Return Policy

Should you change your mind about a purchase made on www.MILLIANNA.com, we will happily return unworn, undamaged or defective products with the tag, for exchange or refund within 7 days of the ship date. Products with special length/size requests are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.  International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.  Sale items found on Milli's Sample Room are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount only. 

Items purchased during the holiday period from 12/1 - 12/24 may be exchanged if sent back to our office by January 7th.  Items must still have the tag on, and be unworn and undamaged to be eligible for exchange.  Please contact jb@millianna.com for any questions.  

Items purchased through other retailers may not be exchanged or returned through www.MILLIANNA.com.

Repairs

Every piece we make is handmade in the U.S. We are incredibly proud of our products and the labor that goes into each piece. Should an item ever need repair, email jb@millianna.com with your name, telephone number, a style name/brief description, and/or photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We also use Afterpay, to split up payments. 

Shipping Policy

We offer free USPS 1st Class Mail shipping on all orders within the U.S.  For all international shipments, we use DHL.  

For international shipments, please be aware that there may be duties and or taxes to be paid upon the shipment's arrival at its destination.
